Today was much, much better. :)

I went to the pool this morning and did a deep water workout. I included some kicking drills -- one minute, 1.5 minutes, two minutes, 1.5 minutes, 1 minute -- and some stretching in the working out. It's surprising how LONG one minutes seems while you're kicking. I also used the lightest available water weights for resistance during part of the workout. After the workout, my back felt much better than it did before the workout. So I done good there. :)

And afterwards, I went to the chiropractor.

Then I went to work. I spoke to the adjuster who also had no idea what the driver was talking about. The day went pretty smoothly.

And now I'm home. With cats.
