I'm having a difficult time getting back into the routine of going to the YWCA for water aerobics. I was away for almost a week in South Dakota and while there, I got a wicked sunburn -- it hurt to go into the chlorinated water. I've been back since 7/09 and I've been to the gym maybe 4 times.

I want to get my mojo back, because I was feeling lots better when I went close to daily. My back wasn't bothering me quite so much.

I got up and went to the gym this morning. I'll make sure that my stuff is ready so I can go tomorrow morning -- and then head out to my class @ 10am before going in to work.

I have the distraction of knitting, though. I keep thinking I'll do "just one more row..." and suddenly my window of opportunity is past. Maybe set a timer or something.
