Sort of *after the fact* I noticed that I'd spoken about ice cream I'd had a couple of months. Yeah, when I thought about it, I realized that I bought the ice cream back in January, when I had my wisdom tooth removed.
WHAT!? I've had more than a half gallon of ice cream sitting in my fridge for more than three months. That's practically unheard of in my experience.
Wow. I'm stunned. And even last night, I ate a SMALL bowl of ice cream, with just a couple of tbsp of my delicious hot fudge. And I put the ice cream AND the fudge away.
I'm kind of wondering what's going on here.
