ACK! Just ACK!
OK, so I'm trying to prep for the Blue Star IG tomorrow. I'm on a rather stringent eating plan (which is WORKING!), so I decided to be responsible for my own food, rather than trying to inflict my odd requirements on an overloaded kitchen.
Well, I've decided to keep it simple...chicken, green beans, tomatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, bananas and fruit in various combinations for the weekend. I managed to do the shopping today. I've got the green beans cooking. Now I just have to get everything else cooked and packed.
Then I have laundry. Then packing. Then cleaning the car. Then packing the car.
I sense a packing theme happening. :)
I have a stupid meeting that I HAVE to attend (at least part of) tomorrow morning. It starts at 10. I'd really hoped to be on my way by then, but I really see no way of leaving before noon. The car will be *mostly* packed before I go in to work. I'll just need to swing by, pick up the food and buy some ice for the cooler.
