I haven't been on-line in any meaningful way for maybe a couple of weeks -- just email and stuff... I've also not been particularly prolific in my writing. Kinda low energy and not feeling my best. I know many people who've been fighting off colds and other lovely viruses, and that may be part of it.
But since haiku is one of my passions, I decided today that I should write something. But so far the muse is just not that interested in me. Has he deserted me???? Hmmm...

My car awaits adventures
In dappled sunlight.
Perhaps not one of my better efforts. But also not horrible for total stream of consciousness. I just need to practice again.
