I'm now feeling my ass and my hips. I just finished the Ramp #2 dvd. Ouch! But I did the whole thing: lunges, squats and everything.
Oh my. I was feeling winded at about 21 minutes, but I pushed through it and finished the dvd. And I'm finding that it's getting easier to get my breathing and heart rate back to *normal*.
So I guess this is working, eh?
OK, so maybe I'm not rejuvenated as such. But I'm feeling better than if I'd spent the afternoon just sitting on the couch. And I didn't even have time to take a nap today. I'll probably sleep deeply tonight. I hope.
