OK, I simply can't come up with just one favorite:
Always and forever, Peter Cook as the bishop -- "Mawwage. Mawwage is whut bwings us togeder to-day."
And
Vizzini: "Inconceivable"
Inigo Montoya: "You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
There are so many more....but these ALWAYS bring a smile to my face.
