Sif
You are Sif! Sif is the wife of Thor. Goddess of
household and family ties. Her golden hair
represents fields of grain. She is the Goddess
of crops. Her hair was once cut off by Loki,
and was replaced by hair of pure gold.
Sif is dedicated to her husband and their two
children. She's a very patient and loving
woman. Her family means everything to her. She
doesn't deal with war or political matters but
spend most of her time looking out for others.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised... grain, crops, yeah, that's me. :-)

So, Ms. [livejournal.com profile] ingridsummers, I changed two answers and now I'm Freya... funny how that works. :-)

HASH(0x8b148a8)
You are Freya! Freya is the godess of love and
fertility. Freya lives in the beautiful
Folkvang [battlefield] and each day she chooses
half of the slain warriors to split with Odin.
She had a husband named Od, whom she somehow
lost and cried golden tears for. Many believe
Od is Odin.

Freya's chariot is drawn by male cats and she owns
the precious Brisings' necklace, which she
slept with four dwarves to acquire. She also
owns a feather coat which she could use to fly
between the worlds.
Freya is the most beautiful of all godesses in
Valhalla, and she is not afraid to use her
beauty and charm to get her way. She is also a
loving and sensual person who believes in the
good in people. She is known to be somewhat
"easy" though, but she'd probably say
that's part of being the godess of love.

So, I return from a lovely visit to Boston, and in the way of things, come down with a miserable cold. I spent most of the weekend slightly to quite feverish and coughing up at least one of my lungs. *sigh*

Dammit Star was going to have a New Moon circle at my house on Saturday. Unfortunately, T had car trauma and was unable to attend. M was rather late, and by the time he arrived, I was so feverish and cough-y that I was in no place to actually officiate. So we had dinner and a discussion about some theory stuff. It seemed to work, but it would have been nice to actually do a circle.

Yesterday I lounged about like Camille, and I started feeling better just in time to go back to work today. Tra la.

It just hit me that I've gone for, like weeks without writing any haiku.

Morning thunderstorms,
Clear the air and bring relief--
A cool front moves through.

Ahhhh, summer in Minnesota. Although it's not been as oppressive as usual this year. Perhaps this isn't one of my best efforts...but not at all bad for a stream of consciousness.
