From my somewhat limited reading (although I HAVE read more than just this particular piece) Meister Eckart was a really interesting mystical thinker…  “Every creature is a word of God.”  Now if I can just remember that when Merlin, Odhinn and Freya are fighting on top of me when I’m trying to sleep.  ;)

I finally figured out how to work with different fonts, if I want to change the appearance of my posts on LJ.  yay!

 

I haven't been writing much haiku recently...I just haven’t really had the urge to count syllables lately.  But I have been focusing more energy on my transcription projects.  I’m starting to see some progress there, although I’m still rather doubting my sanity.  No, really.

 

I’ve also decided that I rather like the new ritual of random bibliomancy from Earth Prayers.  It’s a nice way to start my day, opening the book and seeing what comes up.  I’ll confess, though, that I’ve changed my mind about which one to use on a couple of occasions…but I think that’s why we have minds.  To change them when we want.
