So, I slept like the dead last night. Deep, heavy sleep. Not enough, but still, deep and heavy. I inadvertently screwed up my alarm clock yesterday...turned off the radio portion, so all it did when it went off this morning is make white noise. Amazingly, I woke up within 5 minutes (I HAVE slept through it as much as an hour). I could stand more sleep.

As per my pattern this week, I didn't want to exercise. But, I fed the cats and then did my 1 mile walk. Now I'm going to get ready for work. I've also renewed my car insurance and renewed my tabs.

Why isn't it Friday?

Edit (7:22pm): You've all heard it before, so repeat after me... *[livejournal.com profile] willowoak didn't want to exercise this afternoon. But she did it anyway." See? We've got the pattern down. I did the Walkblaster dvd. Last time I made it through 24 min. This time I made it through the entire 30+ a bit dvd. I'm even *getting* the choreography for the ramp thingie. I only messed up a couple of times. This series has some promise. I'm going to work on getting this dvd down before I explore the other two that came with the ramp. There's one that's 32 minutes and another that's 42 minutes. Eventually, I may even survive. :)
