There are times when I'm really just too dense...or I try to complicate things too much. The answer to my issues with keeping track of the Tabata drills resolved themselves today when I did them *as written.* 20 seconds intense effort/10 seconds rest. That means you do two cycles per minute. D'Oh!
I did 8 cycles of Tabatas with jumping jacks in the deep. I recovered, then did 3 cycles of running. By the time I finished I was plumb tired.
But yeah, I'm feeling more than a little silly right about now. OK, so maybe I did need to work up to that level, but what was I thinking?
