Didn't go to the Y this morning for the 6:30 class, and I can't go to the 8:30 class because I have to go in to a work meeting. And I know well enough that I won't go this evening because the pool is nuts in the evening. HOWEVER, I did a two mile WATP video and bounced on the rebounder for five minutes. So I got a workout in.
