Well, today was a bit...stressful. It was the first full day of school for all districts/schools for which we provide service and things were a bit chaotic. The phone, the radio, etc. It didn't help that the branch manager (who one assumes KNOWS what school startup is like) panics in situations like this. :o(

Note to self... remember to drink fluids when you will be on phone for several hours straight. Otherwise you become dehydrated. And that's bad.
