Well, this is unusual... When I write invocation poems, they're usually some form of free verse -- although there was that memorable "sonnet" of 7 rhymed couplets (to Kore, as a matter of fact). But I was meditating on Kore today and ended up writing the following:
Kore awakens--
Buds swell, soon to spring forth
The Maiden returns.
Who'd have thunk it?
