Came home...check

Put feet up...check

Put ice pack on legs...check

Set timer for 15 min at computer...check

Actually stood up each time timer went off...check

Did walking...check. Did one mile tape

Did strength training...check. Did 15 min tape with flexband (Denise Austin).

Screamed at cats when they jumped on me while on floor trying to do leg lifts...check.

Yup, I've done one or two things so far. :)
