I couldn't sleep last night. I turned off the lights and lay down THREE times and then after laying in the dark for almost an hour each time, I just got back up and got on with it. I started dozing off at about 4am. Of course, I had to get up for work right about then.
So last night while I couldn't sleep, I managed to find The Occult Experience, online. It's a VHS rip and the picture quality is pretty sucky, but I'm posting the URL as a public service. ;-D If you haven't seen Alex Sanders invoking an Aztec fire spirit dressed in a gold lame loin cloth and a Vegas show girl headdress. setting his crotch on fire..well, you just haven't lived.
Also, throughout the piece each moon crown is bigger and uglier than the one that came before. The first time I saw the movie, I thought Janet's was HUGE. But it was positively restrained next to the ones who came later on in the film. Because nothing says I am a big and important High Priestess like a big, ugly moon crown...and I can light fires everywhere.
