I FINALLY received my rolling mill.

Oh, the drama. I bought it on eBay on 9/02, and paid for UPS ground shipping. Now it was coming from NJ, so I figured it might be a week-ish. Well, on 9/09 I emailed the seller and mentioned that I hadn't received it and asked when it had been shipped and also requested a tracking number. Nada. No response. I tried again a couple of days later. Still nothing. I then contacted eBay asking for the seller's information. Tried calling, STILL no response.

Finally after just over two weeks, I opened up a non-delivery dispute with PayPal. Wouldn't you know it, the next day I received an email from UPS with a tracking number for the rolling mill. The package arrived on Thursday evening. I lugged the 55lb box up the stairs. I now have a rolling mill. Still haven't gotten any explanation from the seller about the delay. I left neutral feedback for him on the transaction.

Today, I finally had the time to unpack the mill. It's now all cleaned (tools are usually shipped in grease) and put together. I took it apart so I'd know how to switch out rollers and generally take it apart and put back together. Tiny pieces (like the springs and some metal pins) kept flying everywhere because it was just that kind of day, but I found everything and was able to put it all back together and make it work!

Woo hoo!

I also unpacked and cleaned a disk cutter and set of dapping punches that I got a while ago. Still trying to clean out the work room...I seem to move one step forward and then about five steps sideways. But I'll spend some more time in there tomorrow organizing.
