I haven't finished the lace yet, but have decided to post a couple of pictures. Cause I think this pattern is just rockin'.
When completed, it will be a headband. It's made from the same yarn as my wristwarmers. Lanaloft's 100% wool. Worsted weight, crocheted with a 4.5mm bamboo hook. :) The colorway is Purple Iris. Love this stuff. In the first picture it's atop my hook organizer. Love that thing.
And here's a close up of the pattern. This is actually a fairly straightforward pattern. You work a motif and hook it up to the pattern at each end as you crochet. But it LOOKS much more complex than it really is.
