I don't know if I've mentioned just HOW much I love my Rainbow vacuum. Thank you to
welshbard for initiating me into the mysteries of the Rainbow water filtration vacuum system. :o)
Of course, I could in no way afford the $1800 retail price for a new model, but after a couple of weeks of trolling on eBay, I was able to find a good condition used model for about $200, including shipping.
I mention all this because I just vacuumed my house...it's been a couple of weeks for various reasons, and I cannot believe just how much crap had lodged itself into my rugs, and the corners and crevices of the apartment. YUCK! But it's all gone now. And the place is, temporarily at least, dust/hair/etc. free.
And it smells nice too, because I put a couple of drops of essential oil into the water. Yee haw! I'm doing the clean happy dance.
