I'm probably late getting started. :)
But over the course of the next few months I'll be posting random photos of the things I'm making simply because I can. Many people will be getting something with some kind of lace, because I'm now completely obsessed with it. Particularly anything with a leaf-y theme. Go figure.
I'm currently working on a neckwarmer/scarf thingie that combines cables and leaf lace. I'm using Mochi Plus (a superwash merino/nylon blend) in the Autumn Rainbow colorway.
The green yarn at the bottom is my provisional cast on. I've never tried that before. New technique number 1. And I learned a Russian Join this morning because I found a knot in the skein. New technique number 2.
And aren't the Jack Skellington/Zero stitch markers the coolest? I got them from ScaryMerry's Etsy shop -- http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=31348 I've also got the Hello Bad Kitty, Sushi and Flying Pig stitch markers. Because, you know, I'm all about the accessories. >:)
