Be praised, my God, by butterfly and dragonfly wings

exercising for their first flight.

Be praised by lightning and thunder causing spring showers.

Be praised by the silent voices of grass growing and trees budding.

Be praised by all the colorful flower trumpets of spring.

Be praised by downy feathers freshly dried

on newly hatched ducklings and chicks.

Be praised by the songs of birds, crickets and frogs.

Be praised, my God, by all your creation which tells of new life.

Its still a bit early for Ostara (hey, its snowing again herealthough lightly), but I really liked this one

I must say that its a really good thing I build plenty of putter time into my schedule in the mornings.  I turned off my alarm this morning and went back to sleep.  I slept another 50 minutes.  I didnt have time to exercise, and its good that I packed most of my *work* meals last night, or I would really have been screwed.  I felt somewhat discombobulated by the lack of standard routine.  But I made it to work on time (actually a few minutes earlyscore one for paranoia), and Ive done *part* of my daily exercise already.   And its Friday!

Happy Friday!  :-)
