THANK YOU to EVERYONE who wrote supporting my decision to buy burgundy velvet *come fuck me pumps*.
I have officially decided that I need to start believing that I am sexy and worthy of wearing such utterly frivolous and delicious shoes. After all, sex appeal is at least 40% attitude. But this is very hard for me to do, and it's more touching than I can convey to have people in my corner cheering me on. If you see me acting like a nonentity, please thwap me and remind me that I am *officially* worthy of notice. :)
As a side note, Zappos.com is da bomb! I chose standard free shipping (4-5 business days) on my order. I came home this afternoon to an email that they'd given me a free upgrade to 1 business day delivery -- I'll have my shoes on Monday! Woo HOO!
